Permission granted without the need for appeal

CN Planning was approached in August in order to submit an appeal against a Leicestershire authority’s refusal of a car park extension for the third time in a row. However CN Planning suggested further pre-application work before submitting the now successful application – avoiding the lengthy delay of an appeal.
